Functional Features
◉ DC voltage output: up to 1150 V, required for a voltage test of 1.15 Un on a full 1 kV energy meter.
◉DC current output: up to 600 A, can be used as a current output for direct connection to an electric energy meter or indirectly connected to an external shunt of an electric energy meter.
◉ DC small signal voltage output/measurement: up to ± 4.4 V, can be used as the current output of an indirectly connected electric energy meter (corresponding to the voltage of the shunt), or used to measure the secondary voltage of the shunt.
When checking, using low thermoelectric potential terminals and wires for four wire Kelvin connection can minimize the impact of thermoelectric potential or contact potential on electrical energy measurement.
◉ Value output mode: It has two modes: standard source and regulated output source, which facilitates the calibration of digital meters and pointer analog meters.
◉ Value adjustment method: It has multiple methods such as fixed-point output, rotary encoder, step adjustment, remote control box adjustment (optional), etc.
Data analysis function: electricity stability testing, trend change curve, statistical analysis (maximum/minimum value, average value, standard deviation, etc.).
Clock verification function: It has the functions of second pulse output/measurement and absolute clock reception, used to calibrate the timing error of the tested meter or perform Beijing time synchronization.
◉ The human-machine interface has good functionality: it features a large LCD display and operates in a touch and numeric keypad mode, allowing for easy manual inspection of the watch.
◉ Transmitter detection (optional): It has the function of measuring the secondary signal of the transmitter and can be used with a standard source output to detect the error of the transmitter.
◉ Specialized software (optional): Full automatic or full automatic calibration of the inspected table, data recording, analysis, management, and certificate export.
